RunStudio ("we", "us", or "our") provides software and communication tools for interior design studios. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or communicate with RunStudio through WhatsApp.

Information we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and other identifiers supplied by WhatsApp.
• Messages, attachments, and message metadata you send to our business number.
• Contact information you provide when requesting a demo, support, or information.
• Basic website and service diagnostics needed for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Respond to messages and provide automated acknowledgements or requested support.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve RunStudio services.
• Follow up on product, sales, or service requests you initiate.
• Comply with applicable law and protect our users, business, and services.

WhatsApp processing

Messages sent to our WhatsApp business number are delivered to our secure webhook so that RunStudio can respond. The current automated-reply service does not intentionally persist message content in a RunStudio database. WhatsApp/Meta and our hosting provider may independently process related data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with providers that help us deliver our services—such as Meta/WhatsApp, hosting, security, and support providers—or when required by law. These providers may only use information to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their own applicable terms.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your interactions, subject to applicable law. You can also stop WhatsApp communication at any time by asking us not to contact you or by blocking our business number.
